Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah visited the headquarters of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) yesterday, as part of his official visit to Moscow.
Al Rabeeah was briefed on the ministry’s operational frameworks and mandates concerning emergency and disaster response. He also reviewed the activities of its specialized search-and-rescue teams, as well as core practices and technical expertise utilized in civil defense and disaster mitigation.
