    Saudi deputy FM attends Khamenei funeral in Tehran, conveys leadership’s condolences

    TEHRAN — Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Eng. Waleed Al-Khuraiji conveyed the condolences of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on the death of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

    Al-Khuraiji delivered the condolences while attending an official memorial ceremony held in Tehran on Friday, expressing the sympathies of the Saudi leadership to the Iranian president over the passing of the former supreme leader.
