    Saudi citizen, 3 residents arrested for entering Makkah without a Hajj permit

    MAKKAH — The Hajj security forces arrested one Saudi citizen, two Yemeni residents, and one Egyptian resident for violating Hajj regulations by attempting to enter Makkah without a Hajj permit.

    The security authorities started taking legal action against them. The General Directorate of Public Security urged Saudi citizens and residents to adhere to Hajj regulations and guidelines, and to report any violations by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom.
