“Red Sea Global Residences” wrapped up its participation in the inaugural “Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show” in London, where it showcased its residential portfolio, across Shura Island, AMAALA, and Laheq Island to investors and representatives of the global business and real estate communities.

The company participated in the show, held from 24 to 28 August 2026, with a Saudi presence that included government and investment entities, as well as real estate developers. The event witnessed a series of sessions and meetings addressing developments in the Saudi real estate sector and its future prospects.

During its participation, “Red Sea Global Residences” highlighted its ambition to redefine luxury coastal living through residential destinations that bring together world-class hospitality, wellness, cultural heritage and vibrant social spaces.

Stephen Cheesebrough, Head of Development at “Red Sea Global”, represented the company at the show and participated in the session “Building the Kingdom: Saudi Developers on Vision 2030, Luxury and the International Opportunity,” which addressed the development of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, the concept of luxury development, and international opportunities arising from the sector’s ongoing transformations.

Cheesebrough also participated in a session as part of the events held in cooperation with the Arab British Chamber of Commerce, within the framework of a program to bring together Saudi developers with investors and representatives of the business community in the United Kingdom.

Stephen Cheesebrough stated: “At Red Sea Global Residences, home is more than a residence, it is an immersion into a thriving coastal sanctuary. Our private residences across Shura Island, AMAALA, and Laheq Island offer a rare opportunity to own within world-class, nature-integrated communities. Designed to balance absolute privacy with transformative wellness and vibrant social living, every home is crafted as a generational asset that honors both people and planet.”

He added: “Our involvement in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show in London served as a valuable platform to boost the presence of our residential portfolio globally, strengthen engagement with the British market, and conduct productive meetings with partners and investors interested in exploring opportunities in the Saudi real estate sector.”

Participation included meetings with various partners and investors, as well as engagement with the Real Estate General Authority.
