QBS Software Middle East, formerly known as emt, recently announced a strategic partnership with ZINAD, a leading provider of AI-powered Human Threat Intelligence and cybersecurity awareness solutions, to strengthen cyber resilience across META-EURASIA.

Through this partnership, QBS Software Middle East will deliver ZINAD’s innovative ZiSoft platform to partners and their end customers across the region, helping organisations transform cybersecurity awareness into an intelligent, real-time layer of defence.

At the core of ZiSoft is Reflex 360, a unique capability that integrates directly with SIEM, User Behaviour Analytics (UBA), and Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP) to connect awareness initiatives with live security events. By embedding awareness into security operations, organisations can proactively reduce human cyber risk through continuous intervention, behavioural intelligence, and AI-driven engagement.

ZiSoft leverages advanced AI capabilities across awareness planning, phishing simulation, and threat analysis to create adaptive, personalised cybersecurity programs aligned with organisational risk profiles and industry requirements.

“Partnering with QBS Software Middle East marks an important milestone in our regional growth strategy”, said Mohamed Alfateh. “Organisations today need more than traditional awareness training. With ZiSoft and Reflex 360, we enable enterprises across the META-EURASIA region to actively manage human cyber risk through AI-powered behavioral intelligence, real-time interventions, and deep integration with existing security ecosystems”.

ZiSoft combines learning management, phishing simulations, multi-channel awareness campaigns, gamification, cyber ambassador initiatives, and onsite engagement activities within a single unified platform. This integrated approach enables organisations to centralize governance, improve user engagement, and achieve measurable cybersecurity awareness outcomes.

“We are excited to partner with ZINAD and introduce a new generation of human-centric cybersecurity solutions to the META-EURASIA market”, said Khaled Kamel. “As organisations continue to accelerate digital transformation and compliance initiatives, there is a growing need for intelligent awareness solutions that go beyond compliance-driven training. ZiSoft’s AI-driven platform and Reflex 360 capabilities provide our partners and customers with a differentiated approach to reducing human risk and strengthening overall cyber resilience”.

Organisations adopting ZiSoft can benefit from:

    • Reduced phishing click rates
    • Faster detection and reporting of threats
    • Improved user risk posture through behavioural insights
    • Higher engagement and participation in awareness initiatives
    • Measurable improvement in cybersecurity awareness maturity

This partnership further strengthens QBS Software Middle East’s cybersecurity portfolio and reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative, value-driven technologies that help organizations across META-EURASIA stay secure, compliant, and resilient in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
