Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Company wrapped up its participation in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Exhibition in London, where it highlighted investment opportunities within the Saudi real estate market and presented its project portfolio to international investors, investment firms, and others interested in the sector.

During the event, the company showcased three projects: “Enar” and “Kaheel” in Riyadh, and “Azure Makkah Residences” in Makkah, highlighting a variety of opportunities available through its different real estate development models.

“Enar” represents a model for a versatile, integrated urban destination that combines residential, commercial, business, hospitality, services, and community facilities. Meanwhile, “Kaheel” introduces a luxury residential community in Riyadh, featuring housing, green spaces, and integrated facilities and services.

In Makkah, the company presented the “Azure Makkah Residences” project that introduces the concept of managed real estate ownership. Situated in the Masar destination, close to the Grand Mosque, this development integrates housing and hospitality, featuring two residential towers with 694 apartments and a hotel tower with 449 rooms.

Abdullah Al Habib, CEO of Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, said: “Our participation in London is a chance to highlight the ongoing changes in the Saudi real estate sector, present our projects to the global investment community, and foster relationships with investors and organizations interested in opportunities within the Kingdom. We see significant potential in the next phase for partnerships that blend local expertise with a global vision, particularly given the fast growth of Saudi cities and the market’s openness to international investors.”

He added: “With over 55 years of experience in the Saudi market, we have gained deep insights into the development of its cities and the needs of its residents. We now use this expertise to craft communities and destinations that prioritize quality of life, integrated planning, and sustainable, long-term value.”

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate engaged in the dialogue program alongside the show, in which Abdullah Al Habib participated in a session discussing Saudi Vision 2030, the development of Saudi cities, architecture, comprehensive planning (Master planning), quality of life, and sustainability. The session also covered the company’s approach to building integrated communities.

Motaz Samhouri, Commercial Manager at Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, also participated in one of the show’s sessions as part of the company’s participation in discussions on the Saudi real estate market and the opportunities and trends shaping the sector’s development.

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate’s involvement in London extends its strategy to enhance its presence in the global investment community, showcase its project opportunities, and leverage the ongoing changes in the Saudi real estate market to foster long-term relationships and partnerships.

The company builds on over 55 years of experience in the Saudi real estate sector. Its operations span land, infrastructure, development, investment, and management, overseeing assets exceeding SAR 65 billion. It has developed over 50 million square meters and owns an additional 26 million square meters of land.
