RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Commerce has cautioned the public against fraudulent websites and individuals falsely claiming to represent the ministry by exploiting search engine results and offering to receive consumer complaints. It emphasized that these websites and individuals are unauthorized and have no affiliation with the ministry.

The ministry urged consumers to remain vigilant and avoid using any unofficial channels, stressing that complaints and inquiries should be submitted exclusively through its official platforms.

It also clarified that consumers can file complaints through the unified hotline 1900 and the Commercial Complaint application.

The ministry reaffirmed its commitment to continuously monitoring and investigating fraudulent activities carried out under its name and to taking strict legal action against those found involved in committing violations.
