The Middle East’s loyalty economy is entering a period of rapid transformation, with the regional market growing 15.1% year-on-year, and forecast to reach US$5.6 billion by 2030. As brands across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider region move beyond traditional points-based programmes towards AI-powered personalization, embedded rewards and payment-linked ecosystems, Loylogic, Epsilon and Loyalty & Reward Co are bringing industry leaders together in Dubai on 4–5 November 2026 for the Loyalty Programs: The Complete Masterclass™.

Taking place at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek, the executive masterclass is designed for senior leaders across loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, digital, marketing and partnerships who are looking to deepen customer relationships, drive engagement and unlock greater commercial value from their loyalty investments.

As customer expectations continue to rise and AI transforms how brands understand and engage their audiences, loyalty is increasingly moving beyond points and discounts. The masterclass will explore how organizations can combine customer data, intelligent personalization, reward innovation and stronger program economics to create differentiated experiences and sustainable business impact.

Gabi Kool, Chief Executive Officer at Loylogic, said, “Loyalty is entering a new era where the quality of the customer experience matters as much as the reward itself. Brands have an opportunity to use data, AI and richer reward ecosystems to create more relevant and meaningful relationships with their customers. Bringing this masterclass to Dubai allows us to combine global expertise with the energy and ambition we are seeing across the region, and to help leaders translate new thinking into measurable business value.”

“Attendees will explore the full loyalty lifecycle, from program objectives, design frameworks and consumer psychology through to rewards strategy, gamification, data, technology, commercial modelling, ROI optimization, security and fraud.

“The masterclass will also look ahead to emerging developments including AI, agentic commerce and the changing role of loyalty within the wider customer experience. A dedicated focus on reward innovation will examine how modern reward marketplaces, partner ecosystems and more relevant redemption experiences can increase engagement, strengthen perceived program value and create deeper connections between brands and their customers.”

Adam Whatling, Chief Commercial Officer at Loylogic, said, “Loyalty has become a much broader commercial conversation. It touches customer experience, data, technology, partnerships, revenue and long-term customer value.  What makes this masterclass particularly valuable is the combination of strategic thinking and practical application. Participants will be able to challenge how their programs work today, learn from global best practice and leave with frameworks they can apply directly within their businesses.”

Brad Macdonald, Vice President Product Management at Epsilon, commented: “As more and more brands adopt loyalty as the centerpiece of their customer strategy, it becomes essential for brands to differentiate their loyalty offerings and to truly understand and act on customer needs.  We’re excited to join forces with innovative partners like Loylogic and Loyalty & Reward Co. to help brands explore ways to get and keep their customer’s attention through more innovative and differentiated loyalty strategies.”

Fares Zayoud, Sr. Director Client Services at Epsilon, said, “Loyalty is evolving quickly, with AI, data and innovative loyalty systems opening up new ways for brands to engage their customers. The opportunity now is to turn these innovations into experiences that are genuinely relevant and valuable.

This masterclass brings together the expertise and ideas needed to challenge established thinking and explore what comes next for loyalty in the region. Thought leadership and practical experience will be key to helping brands navigate this evolution.”

The masterclass faculty brings together leading loyalty experts from Loylogic, Epsilon and Loyalty & Reward Co, featuring Gabi Kool, CEO and Adam Whatling, CCO at Loylogic; Dave Allen, VP, Tech and Data and Brad Macdonald, VP, Loyalty Strategy at Epsilon; Phil Shelper, CEO and Founder, Hunter Murray, Principal Consultant for Europe, and Krishna Mohan, Loyalty Director, MENA at Loyalty & Reward Co.

Attendees will receive a certificate upon completion, independently certified by The CPD Certification Service, and will be authorized to use the Certified Loyalty Expert™️ designation and official Masterclass graduate emblem. Attendees will also receive an exclusive copy of Loyalty Programs: The Complete Guide, 3rd Edition.
