Abdelrahim Weshahy is named Country Leader for the Kingdom, while Bilal Bouhadir steps up as Senior Channel Manager to drive partner ecosystem growth aligned with Vision 2030.
Citrix, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, has announced two senior appointments in Saudi Arabia, naming Abdelrahim Weshahy as Country Leader for the Kingdom and Bilal Bouhadir as Senior Channel Manager for KSA, as the company deepens its commitment to one of the region’s fastest-growing technology markets.
Weshahy joined Citrix in 2021 as an Enterprise Sales Manager and has played a central role in strengthening the company’s presence across Saudi Arabia. He has built strong client relationships in education, financial services, and the public sector, helping position Citrix as a trusted partner in several of the Kingdom’s major digital initiatives.
Weshahy brings nearly three decades of enterprise sales and leadership experience across the region, including senior roles at Oracle, combining commercial depth, regional insight, and a people-first leadership approach.
The company said Saudi Arabia ranks among the most vibrant and rapidly evolving technology markets globally, with Vision 2030 fuelling unprecedented demand for secure, seamless digital work experiences.
Under Weshahy’s leadership, Citrix expects to deepen its role as a partner in the Kingdom’s transformation journey.
Bouhadir, meanwhile, transitions into his new role as Senior Channel Manager for KSA, where he will lead and strengthen the Citrix channel ecosystem across the Kingdom. His mandate covers driving channel strategy, accelerating partner engagement, and fostering collaboration across the Citrix ecosystem to create new opportunities and deliver greater value for customers and partners.
Bouhadir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST) and a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Bouhadir began his career as a presales engineer, spending five years developing expertise in designing networking and cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer needs. Since joining Citrix in 2023, he has worked closely with partners and customers across Saudi Arabia, building trusted relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The dual appointments underscore the strategic weight Citrix is placing on Saudi Arabia, where national digitalisation programmes, cloud adoption, and workforce modernisation continue to accelerate demand for secure digital workspace technologies.
