BHM Capital, the leading financial institution in the capital markets of the United Arab Emirates, has become the first financial institution in the UAE to connect to the Astana International Exchange (AIX) as a Market Making Member through Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) Tabadul platform, marking another strategic milestone in the company’s regional expansion and reinforcing its commitment to advancing cross-border capital market connectivity.

This milestone enables BHM Capital to provide market making services on AIX through ADX’s Tabadul platform, the exchange connectivity platform that facilitates seamless access between participating regional and international capital markets. As the first financial institution in the UAE to establish this connection, BHM Capital further strengthens its market making capabilities while expanding its presence across an increasingly connected network of regional and international exchanges.

As a Market Making Member on AIX, BHM Capital will contribute to enhancing market liquidity, supporting efficient price discovery, and fostering a more active trading environment for investors. The achievement also reinforces the company’s role in supporting greater integration between regional capital markets and reflects its ongoing commitment to strengthening market infrastructure and improving market efficiency.

Commenting on the milestone, Mr. Abdel Hadi Al Sa’di, Chief Executive Officer of BHM Capital, said: “Becoming the first financial institution in the UAE to connect to the Astana International Exchange as a Market Making Member through ADX’s Tabadul platform marks an important milestone in BHM Capital’s regional growth journey. This achievement reflects our continued commitment to expanding our market making capabilities, strengthening connectivity between regional capital markets, and delivering innovative liquidity solutions that create greater value for investors while supporting the continued development of more integrated and efficient financial markets.”

This latest achievement builds on BHM Capital’s ongoing strategy to expand its regional footprint through strategic partnerships, advanced trading infrastructure, and continuous investment in technology and market innovation. It also reinforces the company’s position as a leading contributor to the development of interconnected capital markets across the region.

As one of the region’s leading financial institutions, BHM Capital continues to expand its comprehensive suite of capital markets services, including brokerage, market making, asset management, investment banking, liquidity provision, and corporate advisory, supporting the continued development, integration, and accessibility of regional financial markets.
