MANILA — The death toll from the powerful earthquake that struck the southern Philippines earlier this week has risen to 61, authorities said Saturday. The Office of Civil Defense said the number of fatalities increased after additional bodies were recovered from disaster-hit communities. The mobile nutritional medical clinics in Yemen’s Al-Khawkhah District of Al-Hodeidah Governorate provided medical services to beneficiaries during April 2026, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).  A total of 16,839 beneficiaries received care across internal medicine, emergency, pediatric, and epidemiology clinics.
