RIYADH — The Saudi Administrative Court rejected an appeal filed by a company specializing in serving Hajj pilgrims from abroad and upheld the decision to revoke its license. The Board of Grievances stated that the company sought to challenge the license revocation, arguing that the decision lacked justification. However, the Administrative Court verified the company’s claims and examined the actual services provided to the pilgrims. RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Interior has penalized four expatriates and one Saudi citizen for violating Hajj regulations by transporting seven individuals, who did not hold permits to perform Hajj, to Makkah. Hajj Security Forces had earlier apprehended the violators at the entry points to Makkah. The ministry issued administrative decisions against the violators through its seasonal administrative committees.
