RIYADH — The construction cost index in Saudi Arabia rose by 2.4 percent in April 2026 compared to the same month of the previous year. This increase is primarily attributed to a 2.4 percent rise in construction costs for the residential sector and a 2.7 percent increase in costs for the non-residential sector, according to the report of the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT). RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority has referred 17 suspects linked to Cenomi Retail to the Public Prosecution over suspected violations of the Capital Market Law, Market Conduct Regulations and Companies Law.
