Almarai celebrated the graduation of 55 of its high-potential employees as part of Almarai’s annual flagship talent and leadership development programs. It is in line with the company’s ongoing efforts to continuously invest in human capital, empower national talent, and create greater opportunities for career advancement.

The ceremony recognized employees who successfully completed specialized development tracks designed to prepare Saudi talents in the early stages of their careers and to build their leadership and technical capabilities. The programs will equip them to take on future roles within the company and support the growth and expansion needs of Almarai’s broader business ecosystem. The event was attended by Fawaz Al Jasser, CEO of Almarai Company, and Ayman Algeer, CHRO of Almarai Company, and a number of the company’s senior leaders.

“At Almarai, we take pride in the fact that investing in our people and national talent is a deeply rooted culture within the company since its founding, it is not just a short-term program or initiative. The graduation of this remarkable cohort of promising talent reflects our conviction that national capabilities are the true engine behind the sustainability of our growth and our industry leadership. We are equally proud of the role we play in preparing the leaders of tomorrow who will steer the next chapters of transformation and innovation at Almarai. What we do is completely aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to achieve a knowledge-based economy with capable national calibers.”

The talent development programs comprised three core tracks, each spanning between six and eight months, designed around an integrated learning methodology that combines academic grounding, practical application, and leadership mentoring. These tracks are the Early Talents Program, which targets employees in the early stages of their careers to sharpen their foundational skills and accelerate their career progression, the Future Leaders Program, which focuses on developing the leadership and strategic capabilities of employees identified for advanced leadership roles, and the Future SMEs Program, which is dedicated to deepening the specialized and technical expertise of employees pursuing a specialist career path within the company.

The programs were built around a balanced blend of leadership, technical, and professional skills, contributing to graduates’ career progression and elevating their readiness to lead the company’s next phase of growth.

These programs reflect Almarai’s commitment to its role in supporting and empowering national human capital, contributing to the development of human resources, and expanding opportunities for building national leadership across various sectors through high-impact corporate talent development programs. Almarai continues to reinforce its position as an employer of choice for national talent through an integrated ecosystem of professional development programs and leadership pathways that are shaping a new generation of Saudi professionals capable of leading the food and beverage sector toward wider horizons of excellence and leadership.
