The pilgrims’ city in Al-Jouf supports pilgrims traveling through the region by providing essential services and educational programs about Hajj. Through a dedicated exhibition, information is presented using engaging photographs and short films that guide pilgrims through key Hajj rites, including staying overnight in Mina, proceeding to Muzdalifah, standing at Arafat, and performing the stoning ritual.

The exhibition is one of several services provided by governmental and non-profit organizations within the city, complemented by accommodation, food, and water distribution, as well as awareness initiatives that enhance the pilgrims’ experience.
