RIYADH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will begin the second phase of registration for domestic pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj this year from Saturday, Dhul Qada 1, corresponding to April 18. This phase is for those citizens and expatriates who have performed Hajj within the last five years.

The registration process shall be completed through the Nusuk electronic application. The ministry stipulated that the applicants in the second phase will be considered if there are vacancies remain after considering the applications of Saudis and expatriates who applied in the first phase.

Earlier on Feb. 23, the ministry commenced the data registration phase for domestic pilgrims, including Saudis and expatriates. This was only for domestic pilgrims who have not performed Hajj in the last five years. Later on March 4, the ministry announced the start of the Hajj package booking phase for the registered domestic pilgrims.

The ministry stipulated that residents must have valid residency permits and emphasized that priority for registration will be given to those who have not previously performed Hajj. If vacancies become available, reservations will be made for eligible persons. Contracts shall be concluded exclusively through licensed companies listed on the Nusuk application.

Pilgrims must register themselves by creating an account, completing their information, verifying their eligibility, selecting a package, and paying the fees through the SADAD payment system to obtain their permit.

The ministry confirmed that all procedures are conducted electronically through the Nusuk app or the website:https://www.nusuk.sa/. For any inquiries, the unified call center can be contacted over the number 1966.
