RIYADH — The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has urged sports centers and gyms to complete employment requirements ahead of the November 18 localization deadline, with two weeks remaining.
The ministry called on establishments to ensure their readiness and complete the necessary employment requirements before the decision takes effect.
The decision comes as part of ongoing efforts to localize specialized professions in the private sector, with the Ministry of Sport responsible for overseeing its implementation in line with labor market needs.
Private sector establishments will also benefit from support programs and incentives provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and its affiliated entities.
These include support for recruitment, training, qualification, employment and job retention, alongside priority access to localization support programs and initiatives offered by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), known as Hadaf.
Establishments are encouraged to consult the official procedural guide for further details on the requirements and implementation process.
