This is part of the core function of the unified security operations centers 911, which receives emergency calls and routes them to the appropriate security or service agencies.
The process utilizes advanced automated systems, managed by a specialized, multilingual team that operates with high precision and professionalism around the clock. The breakdown of calls received by region is as follows: 960,156 in Makkah, 249,901 in Madinah, 1,222,099 in Riyadh, and 575,567 in Eastern Province.
