MAQAR Business, a subsidiary of MAQAR International Company, has launched a new campaign aimed at strengthening its presence in North Jeddah and introducing more entrepreneurs, SMEs, startups and independent professionals to its flexible workspace and business community offering.

Under the theme “Make Abhur Your Business Home,” the campaign highlights MAQAR’s location in Abhur as a professional base for businesses and individuals seeking flexible, ready-to-use workspaces without the operational burden associated with setting up a traditional office.

MAQAR Business positions itself as more than a provider of offices and coworking spaces. Its concept brings together professional workspaces, business support services, meeting and event facilities, and opportunities for professional networking within one integrated environment designed to support productivity, collaboration and business growth.

The Abhur location offers a range of workspace solutions, including private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms and dedicated areas for professional gatherings, workshops and business events. The facilities are designed to enable entrepreneurs and companies to start working immediately, host clients and conduct day-to-day business in a fully equipped professional setting.

The campaign comes as businesses and professionals increasingly seek greater flexibility in how and where they work. MAQAR’s model provides an alternative to conventional office arrangements by allowing businesses to access ready-to-use facilities and supporting services while maintaining the flexibility to adapt their workspace to changing needs.

Ali Al-Attiyah, CEO of MAQAR International Company, said the campaign reflects a broader ambition to build a connected business community in Abhur and North Jeddah.

“The ‘Make Abhur Your Business Home’ campaign is about much more than renting an office. It is an invitation to become part of a business community that brings together workspace, services, relationships and opportunities in one environment,” Al-Attiyah said.

“We want entrepreneurs and businesses in Abhur and North Jeddah to have a professional base close to them — a place where they can work, meet clients, build relationships and create new opportunities.”

Al-Attiyah added that MAQAR Business was developed around the idea that a workplace should contribute to a company’s growth journey rather than simply provide a physical setting for day-to-day tasks.

Beyond workspace solutions, MAQAR Business hosts workshops, professional gatherings, events and business communities, creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, specialists and business owners to connect, exchange expertise and develop new professional relationships.

The campaign targets a broad range of professionals and businesses, including entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, consultants and professional service providers, as well as corporate teams seeking a flexible presence in North Jeddah.

Through the campaign, MAQAR Business aims to further establish Abhur as a destination for flexible working and professional collaboration by combining location, workspace, business services, events and community under one offering.
