Madinah Dates Season 2026 is attracting growing numbers of visitors, offering a seasonal celebration of the region’s renowned date varieties, including Ajwa, Safawi, and Barni, while highlighting Madinah’s economic and cultural significance as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading date-producing regions.
The season provides visitors with the opportunity to explore a wide range of date varieties and value-added products in an experience that reflects the quality of local produce and the hospitality for which Madinah is known. It also supports local farmers, producers, and entrepreneurs in the date industry, strengthening appreciation for the region’s agricultural heritage.
Among the event’s key attractions is the Khairat Al-Madinah zone, which features 28 pavilions showcasing premium dates and date-based products. The season also includes dedicated outlets for families working in the cottage industry and food businesses, a daily market for rare and premium dates, and educational programs highlighting the history of date cultivation and the latest technologies in the sector.
The event runs daily until August 2, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Free admission is available through advance booking on the Wafi platform. The season supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by diversifying tourism offerings, promoting local products, and fostering sustainable economic development.
