King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched a volunteer pediatric cardiac surgery project in Padang in Indonesia’s West Sumatra Province.
The project runs from July 24 to 31, with the participation of 16 volunteers from various medical specialties. Since the launch of the campaign, KSrelief’s volunteer medical team has performed 10 successful open-heart surgeries.
The initiative is part of the Kingdom’s humanitarian efforts to support the medical sector and assist patients suffering from heart disease in brotherly and friendly countries.
