The Motor Mania Track Challenge, an official Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship support series, will return for the 2026 season with an expanded calendar spanning Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The season marks a new phase in the development of the motorsport ecosystem, designed to attract more drivers, teams, and motorsport enthusiasts to competitive racing in the Kingdom. A key feature of the 2026 program, the Motor Mania Track Challenge is a time attack series that tests speed, precision, and consistency. The opening round will take place at Jeddah Corniche Circuit on October 1.
The championship features five competition categories, allowing a wide range of drivers and cars to compete under a structured format, with participation capped at 35 drivers per round.
Head of Commercial at ALTAWKILAT Motorsport Pierre Herrenschmidt said the Motor Mania Track Challenge 2026 is designed to create more opportunities for drivers to compete, develop their skills, and experience motorsport in a professional environment. He said the time attack format rewards precision, consistency, and continuous improvement while accommodating a broad range of drivers and vehicles. Herrenschmidt added that staging the championship in Saudi Arabia and Qatar and running it alongside the Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship helps establish a broader regional motorsport platform that supports driver development and strengthens the region’s racing ecosystem.
The championship will comprise six rounds, with four held at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit and two at Lusail International Circuit in Qatar. Jeddah will host the first four rounds on October 1, 8, and 31, and November 6, before the final two are held in Qatar on December 9 and 13.
Registration for the Motor Mania Track Challenge will open soon, with a limited number of grid slots available for each round. The series is expected to attract a diverse field of cars, experienced circuit racers, and aspiring drivers seeking competitive track experience within a professionally organized platform.
