AUSTIN — Saudi Arabia continued its preparations for Sunday’s crucial World Cup clash against Spain as the Green Falcons held another training session in Austin ahead of their second Group H match.

The session took place at Q2 Stadium under the supervision of head coach Georgios Donis, who focused on tactical and technical preparations following the team’s encouraging 1-1 draw against Uruguay.

Training began with warm-up exercises before players moved into possession drills and tactical work.

The session concluded with set-piece exercises as the coaching staff fine-tuned preparations for the encounter against the European champions.

Goalkeeper Abdulrahman Al Sanbi continued his rehabilitation program under the supervision of the medical staff.

Saudi Arabia will complete its preparations on Saturday with a final training session at Kennesaw State University Stadium. The final 15 minutes of the session will be open to media representatives.

The Green Falcons opened their World Cup campaign with a valuable 1-1 draw against Uruguay, while Spain was held to a surprise goalless draw by Cape Verde, leaving all four teams in Group H level on one point ahead of the second round of matches.
