The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has urged pilgrims to preserve and wear the Nusuk card throughout their Hajj journey, as it serves as the primary means of identification and facilitates movement between the holy sites and service locations.

The card accelerates access to facilities and support across service sites, assisting field teams in providing guidance, particularly in cases of disorientation.

Pilgrims are advised to ensure the card’s data remains clearly visible at all times to fully benefit from its services.
