elm, a leading digital solutions provider, was recognised with the Corporate Culture Award at the fifth edition of the PIF Partners’ Forum. Hussam Mohammed Al Mughtham, elm’s Executive Vice President of Human Capital Management, received the award during a ceremony held on the sidelines of the forum.

This achievement reinforces elm’s strong record of institutional recognition, which includes national honours in occupational health and safety, high rankings for empowering people with disabilities, and international awards in human capital management, reflecting a corporate culture that is dynamic, multidimensional, and continually evolving. It is further strengthened by the company’s recent receipt of the Work Environment Award from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, recognising its dedication to creating a healthy, engaging workplace that prioritises employee wellbeing.

Regarding workplace performance, elm reported an employee engagement score of 4.16 out of 5, in line with globally recognized benchmarks. The company also ranked in the top 10 per cent of organisations worldwide for workplace environment in a benchmarking study covering 791 organizations and nearly 3 million participants. Furthermore, elm was listed among the top five Saudi companies in LinkedIn’s 2025 annual ranking of the best workplaces for career development.

This culture is founded on an integrated management system that brings together global standards for assessing employee engagement and organisational health with internal frameworks for employee experience. It is further supported by continuous analytics systems that enable early intervention and help evolve culture from a set of established values into a measurable, continuously improving system.

This approach is evident in the quality of elm’s digital solutions, with the company’s role in the digital transformation ecosystem continuing to influence wide segments of society. Consequently, its robust workplace culture underpins the delivery of excellence across all its digital offerings.
